Of buaya and the Buaya...

I was being wakened from sleep this morning to hunt for seafood and visit relative at Johor Lama with the parents. Yes, visited that uncle who owns the croc. farm and that place has now turned into a tourist spot!

Luckily there weren't much Singaporeans around today, malls were calm, traffic was tame or at least better than Merdeka Eve which was a total disaster. Me and my kkls went to Danga Bay completely forgotten about the eve of Merdeka and got stucked in Jam for 1 hour along the coast together with rowdy crowd of Mat Rempits after chancing on the escort team of Tengku Mahkota Johor (TMJ) and Raja Muda Johor (RMJ) 10 minutes before that. It was a stalemate of good 1.5 hours on that very road that usually takes us only 10 minutes or so to reach the other end. The only common thing about the aforementioned people is they think the road belongs to their grandfathers. Hereby, a toast to our 51 years of nationhood, it seems that our fellow politicians' bellies are getting prominent these days whilst necessitating us with expenditure cutting suggestions that look like some real good deals we've been missing for long.

Nonetheless, we still love the tanah where we tumpah our darah.
